Teddy retreats to his professor's desert home to complete his first novel, and becomes instantly smitten by Leo, the handsome young caretaker. When Teddy attempts a drunken seduction, Leo reveals murky layers of a mysterious and possibly dangerous past. Contemporary issues of sexuality, identity and creativity are explored through the young men's quests for love and intimacy.
